Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Live Oak Property Services located?

We are based in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. We operate as a service area business and travel to job sites throughout the surrounding Lowcountry region.

We serve a broad area of the South Carolina Lowcountry, including Moncks Corner, Bonneau, St. Stephen, Cross, Santee, Holly Hill, Vance, St. George, Harleyville, Ridgeville, Awendaw, and Johns Island. We also work with property owners in the greater Charleston area who own land outside the city. If you are not sure whether we service your location, just call or send us a message and we will let you know.

Yes. All of our services come with a free, no-obligation estimate. We come out to the property, take a look at what is involved, and give you a clear quote before any work begins.

We are available Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can reach us by phone or through our contact form during those hours.

We specialize in forestry mulching, land clearing, underbrush clearing, brush cutting, and lot clearing. We focus on residential properties, typically rom small backyards to several acres. You can find detailed information about each service on our Services pages.

Our current focus is residential properties under one acre. We have not expanded into commercial work at this time. If you have a question about a specific project, reach out and we will let you know whether it falls within our scope.

We use a CAT 299XE Skid Steerer with a mulcher attachment and a mini excavator. The equipment used on your property depends on the type of work and the terrain.

We price jobs individually based on the scope of the work, the condition of the property, and what is involved. We do not charge a flat rate per acre because every property is different. You will receive a clear, honest quote after we assess the job in person.
